Does this seminar offer ASHA or AOTA approved CEUs? No. The Pediatric Feeding Seminar does not offer ASHA nor AOTA approved CEUs. Consult your state's licensing agency about obtaining continuing education units for this seminar.
Who is the Pediatric Feeding Certification Program geared towards? The certification is mainly geared for candidates with non-behavioral backgrounds. It is a program focused on those who want to broaden their knowledge on pediatric feeding in regards to behavioral techniques. This currently is the only certification for Pediatric Feeding that emphasizes on a behavioral technique.
Does the seminar registration fee include certification?
No, The Pediatric Feeding Seminar registration fee only covers the seminar. To participate in the Pediatric Feeding Certification (PFC) Program there is an additional $150 fee. This fee covers both (Intermediate, & Advanced) exams and final comprehensive exam as well as inclusion into the Pediatric Feeding Certification Program database.
What happens if I fail the final exam for certification? There is a fee of $25 to re-take the final exam.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to financial obligations incurred by PFS no refunds will be given on cancellations less than 7 days from date of seminar. Cancellations made 1-3 weeks before the seminar will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made one month or more before the seminar will be fully refunded.
If you do not notify PFS that you are unable to attend and you do not show up, no registration fees will be refunded and you will not be allowed to apply the fees to a future seminar.
Another attendee may take your place with advance notice to PFS.
Non refunded registration fees can be applied to a future PFS seminar within 12 months of registered seminar not attended. You are responsible for contacting PFS for future attendance of PFS within the 12 months to ensure past cancelled registration fee is applied. This does not apply to registrants who fail to notify PFS of cancellation within the given time frames outlined above.
PFS will not be held responsible for any 3rd party financial obligations made by registrant due to registrant's cancellation of seminar. This includes, but is not limited to travel arrangements such as hotel accommodations, flights, car rentals or any other expenses incurred by the registrant.
For Attendees on the Certification Route: Registration fees for Pediatric Feeding Certification are nonrefundable and must be paid prior to taking the exam.
