CANCELLATION POLICY
- Due to financial obligations incurred by PFS no refunds will be given on cancellations less than 7 days from date of seminar. Cancellations made three weeks to one week before the seminar will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made one month or more before the seminar will be fully refunded.
- If you do not notify PFS that you are unable to attend and you do not show up, no registration fees will be refunded and you will not be allowed to apply the fees to a future seminar.
- Another attendee can take your place with advance notice to PFS.
- Non refunded registration fees can be applied to a future PFS seminar within 12 months of registered seminar not attended. You are responsible for contacting PFS for future attendance of PFS within the 12 months to ensure past cancelled registration fee is applied. This does not apply to registrants who fail to notify PFS of cancellation within the given time frames outlined above.
- PFS will not be held responsible for any 3rd party financial obligations made by registrant due to registrant's cancellation of seminar. This includes, but is not limited to travel arrangements such as hotel accommodations, flights, car rentals or any other expenses incurred by the registrant.
