The Pediatric Feeding Seminar is a seminar to be presented by Los Altos Feeding Clinic Senior Consultant Ben Zimmerman BS, MS. Applied behavior analysis (ABA) has long been proven to be an effective means to combat food aversions, food refusal, texture selectivity, food selectivity, tube weaning, and other problems with children who are failure to thrive (FTT).
This seminar will focus on behavioral methods to increase oral intake. It will also have information regarding nutrition, GI(gastrointestinal) anatomy, medications, conditions and diseases, swallowing issues and coping mechanisms for parents who have children with feeding issues.
